The STARRY Counseling program provides 24/7/365 crisis phone coverage for families with children ages newborn to 17 in 17 Central Texas counties, including Williamson, Bell, McLennan, Lampasas, Coryell, Hamilton, Bosque, Erath, Callahan, Eastland, Hood, Jack, Shackelford, Somervell, Stephens, Comanche and Young counties.

The SAFE runaway/homeless crisis hotline provides emergency assistance for families, runaways and homeless youth who need help in Williamson and surrounding counties. Call (888) 206-4579
Crisis hotlines are designed for emergency use only to help families avoid imminent abuse, neglect, runaway and severe family conflict.
If you are experiencing a severe life threatening crisis, please call 911 immediately. If this is a non-emergency situation, please contact one of our offices between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to speak to a Case Manager.
