General Administration

The office of the President maintains corporate documentation and important legal files to provide compliance with regulations and laws. Management consultation and notice about regulatory or legal changes that can affect service delivery may be provided to Executive Directors and Boards. Assurances that protective instruments such as proper insurance programs are in effect are a function of this office. Through legal agreements, the President can provide specialized service to each corporation and operates at the pleasure of each independent Board.

Business Operations
Business

Operations provides supportive administrative and management services for all Children At Heart Ministries: Gracewood, Miracle Farm, STARRY, and Texas Baptist Children’s Home. Services include reviewing all matters and policies related to accounting, employees, insurance and risk management, and business functions; multi-employer payroll and benefits; developing policy for MIS, electronic communications systems, and computer support systems; receiving reports; and developing long range plans for use of technology and other business practices.
