Gracewood restores single mothers and their children by providing home, hope and healing. Gracewood provides residential group care, mentoring, financial planning, teaching, counseling and referral to valuable community resources. Gracewood's focus is on long-term quality of life improvements, not on temporary solutions.
Families in residence benefit greatly from various programs and opportunities during their stay at Gracewood, all designed to provide home, hope and healing leading to long-term quality of life changes for single mothers and their children.
Gracewood's campus is located on three acres in the Spring Branch area of Northwest Houston. Gracewood can serve up to 20 singles mothers and their children. Future plans include an expansion that will allow Gracewood to serve the rapidly growing number of single-mother households.
