Gracewood restores single mothers and their children by providing home, hope and healing. Gracewood provides residential group care, mentoring, financial planning, teaching, counseling and referral to valuable community resources. Gracewood's focus is on long-term quality of life improvements, not on temporary solutions.
Gracewood has two campuses. The original campus, which opened in 2001, is located on three beautiful, wooded acres in a Southwest Houston residential area. The newest campus, opened in 2009, is located on three acres in the Spring Branch area of Northwest Houston. Together, Gracewood can serve up to 19 singles mothers and their children. Future plans include additional campuses in Northeast and Southeast Houston to serve the rapidly growing number of single-mother households.
