HR Generalist, Round Rock (Full-time position) Principal Function: The HR Generalist will be involved in all things HR – policies and procedures, training, onboarding, benefits, etc. The position requires the ability to relate to people of all ages and walks of life and willingness to research and find answers to the questions employees might have day-to-day. This person will work closely with CAHM’s benefits broker throughout the year and will need to be able to manage multiple activities at the same time. SAFE Host Home, Georgetown. The SAFE Host Home Program in Georgetown has opportunities for Christian married couples to work as a team to provide a safe place for at-risk youth to live for up to 45 days while STARRY works to strengthen the child’s family connections or to help the child find long-term placement. We offer case management, training, and counseling services free of charge. You must be 25 years of age, married with one stay-at-home parent, possess a valid TX driver’s license, pass thorough background checks, and be able to provide your own vehicle for transportation. Principal Job Function: The Counseling Team Lead serves as the primary leader of the Killeen and Temple offices, providing supervision for interns and leadership for the counseling staff under the supervision of the STARRY Director of Counseling Services. Counseling Team Lead has a reduced caseload, but provides direct counseling services to children and families in the greater Ft. Hood community. Texas Baptist Children's Home

Executive Director, Round Rock (Full-Time position) Principal Function: The Executive Director is responsible for the overall supervision of staff and programs provided by TBCH. This includes residential care for children, family care, after care, alumni relations, non-residential services, facility and equipment maintenance, purchasing and receiving system and support services. The Executive Director services as the Chief Operation Officer and subject to the Bylaws and oversight by the President, shall have general control and supervision of the activities and affairs of TBCH.
