Principal Job Function: To provide a safe, secure and stable environment through daily supervision and behavior management of youth on a 24-hour a day basis. Responsibilities include managing the household and modeling positive family living for youth in a Christian ranch environment. STARRY SAFE Bilingual Family Advocate - Round Rock - This is a full-time position, with benefits. The STARRY SAFE Bilingual Family Advocate is responsible for managing and providing an intensive continuum of care to all SAFE clients and their families. Case Managers are also responsible for teaching Life Skills Classes and providing outreach services in the community. SAFE Intern - Case Manager - The Case Manager intern is a member of the STARRY SAFE Program team, working to provide services and resources for runaway and homeless youth. The Case Manager Intern develops and facilitates life skills activities and community service learning projects for SAFE clients and youth in the community as needed. The intern will also develop positive relationships with community groups and businesses. This position requires a high level of empathy, sensitivity, and attention to the diverse needs of homeless and runaway youth. This position is supervised by the SAFE Counseling Coordinator and SAFE Program Case Managers. It is a full time position and entails 35-40 hours commitment per work week. Schedule will be set on an individual basis depending on schedule of intern and needs of team. Work availability should be included in application process. Part-Time HOPE Program Associate – Texas Baptist Children’s Home, Round Rock is seeking a Part-Time Program Associate for its HOPE (Healthy Opportunities that Protect and Empower) Program. Responsibilities include providing skills-based instruction for children, youth and families in their communities. The Program Associate works with clients and the program supervisor in planning and participating in weekly activities for children, youth and families. Services may be provided on or off TBCH premises after school, during the summer and/or on weekends.
