Legacy LeagueThe Legacy League is a donor recognition program for those who have established an endowment fund or who have included one or more of these ministries in their estate plan. We just want to say, “Thank you.” We are constantly thinking of new and better ways to say thank you to our special friends who make our ministries to children possible through their faithful financial support. It is our goal to acknowledge all gifts of any size or type in a timely manner. We thank God for every gift we receive, but there are times we are unable to thank the donor, and that is very frustrating. Occasionally we receive notice someone has named one of our ministries in their will or living trust and has just died. Sometimes we are aware that we are in the estate plan, but most of the time we have never been told of this planned bequest. When we do not know, we always regret that we never had the opportunity to say thank you to the donor for his or her generous gift. The Children At Heart Foundationhas introduced this recognition program to express appreciation to anyone who has established an endowment fund or planned a legacy gift to any of our ministries in their estate plan - will, living trust, charitable gift annuity, charitable trust, or beneficiary designation. This special group of friends, known as the Legacy League, will receive special recognitions during their lifetimes. What will a Legacy League member receive?* A special Bible (regular or large print) with a message of appreciation inside and Children At Heart Foundation Legacy League in gold foil on the cover.
* The names of the donors will be printed in our Turning Points newsletter (with your permission). * Donor names are included in a special Archive Registry displayed at the Children At Heart Foundation office in Round Rock. * Legacy League members will receive invitations to special events at Gracewood, Miracle Farm, STARRY or Texas Baptist Children's Home. The Children At Heart Foundation is available to assist you in creating an estate plan that is in the best interest of you and your family. You may contact us by telephone, e-mail or by regular mail. Our goal:To acknowledge every gift and every donor for their investment in the lives of children in need. If you haven’t included one of these ministries in your estate plan, please prayerfully consider it. If you have, call us at (512) 255-3668, send us an email, or contact a Foundation staff member directly. Download the Legacy League Brochure
