(512) 255-3668 Round Rock Office Jerry T. Bradley has spent the majority of his life dedicated to bettering the lives of children and families. After graduating with a bachelor’s from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1969, he went on to earn two master’s degrees – one in Religious Education from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1974 and the other in Social Work from Florida State University in 1975. He put those degrees to good use, working to improve institutional ministries in Kentucky, Florida and Oklahoma before becoming Executive Director of Texas Baptist Children’s Home in 1990.
Don Cramer joined the staff in 1978 and served as Director of Development until 1997. He then served as Vice President of the Texas Baptist Missions Foundation of the Baptist General Convention of Texas for four years. He returned to the Children At Heart Foundation in his current position of Vice President/COO in 2001. Don holds a BBA degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. He is a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Fund Raising Executive. Don is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas, the National Committee on Planned Giving and the Texas Baptist Development Officers Association. Don's education, experience and love for people have been very helpful to many of our donors and their legal counsel in recommending charitable estate planning strategies. Dawson Clark is Associate Vice President and has served with CAHF since 2003. He has 25 years experience as a development, public relations and human resources professional in the nonprofit, private and public sectors. A lifelong Texan, Dawson is a graduate of Texas A&M University, a Certified Fund Raising Executive and Certified Stewardship Professional. He and his wife Leanne live in Round Rock with their children, Drew and Amy. They are active members at New Hope First Baptist Church in Cedar Park. Amanda Keeter is the Development Officer - Corporate and Foundation Relations for our Round Rock campus. Amanda’s primary responsibility is to foster supportive relationships and direct funding from Austin-area businesses and private foundations. A native of the Greater Austin area, as a child Amanda saw firsthand the work of Texas Baptist Children’s Home while her parents served as House Parents. She graduated from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma with a B.A. in Theology, Psychology and Spanish. Cindy Davis is Director of Development for our Brenham office. She grew up just north of Houston in the small town of Magnolia, Texas, and earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Administration from Texas A&M University in College Station. With more than 18 years experience in communications and marketing, she has served CAHF for 13 years, eight as Communications Manager and as Director of Development since 2005. She and her husband, Lee, are members of Brenham Bible Church. Houston Office

Leslie Searle is Director of Development for our Houston office. She is a graduate of the University of Texas, with a law degree from Texas Tech. Before joining CAHF in 2006, she practiced law in Lubbock. Leslie has two children, Ben, a graduate of UT-Austin who will be serving in the Peace Corps in Panama through 2010, and Emily, a student at Austin College in Sherman, Texas.
